The purpose of this privacy policy is to explain to users of the Izit SaaS solution (hereinafter "Izit") and its Izit Manager application, in accordance with current legislation, the efforts made to protect users' personal data and guarantee its confidentiality, as well as the data for which we act as a processor.This page is intended to provide information on the data collected by Izit and its Izit Manager application, the objectives pursued justifying the processing of such data, and the rights available to users.
Glossary"User" refers to a natural or legal person who has entered into a contract with Izit and/or uses the Izit Manager application."Customers" refers to the natural or legal persons entering into a contract with users of the Izit SaaS solution and whose certain data may be collected on the Izit Manager application for its proper execution.
1 - Collected data and objectives pursuedThe purpose of the data collected is to enable users to register and connect to the Izit solution and its Izit Manager application securely and to be able to use its functionalities. They may also be used by our teams to send information emails about new features or actions to be taken to ensure the continuity of the functionalities offered by the application (important updates, for example) or to improve the user experience.In this context, we collect and are directly responsible for the processing of the following data from our users:
Surname, First name
Email address, Phone number
Products and services entered by the user
Turnover of goods and/or services managed through the application
Statistical data of goods and/or services managed through the application
Furthermore, within the framework of the Izit and Izit Manager application functionalities, and to ensure the proper execution of the contract between the user and its customers, we may be required to collect the following data for the latter as a processor:
Surname, First name
Email address, Phone number
Details of orders placed, Details of reservations requested
Messages sent
Data relating to the number of orders or reservations made
Information on dietary requirements and allergens
2 - Methods of collecting your dataUser data is collected either during the first registration for Izit and/or the Izit Manager application through the dedicated form, or during their exchanges with our sales teams.The collection of data relating to the proper performance of our users' contracts with their customers, for which we act as a processor, is carried out at the time of the conclusion of said contract between the user and its customer and is considered as consented to by all parties within the framework of the general terms and conditions of sale provided to the customer by the user.No other data is collected by the application or by our teams without the explicit consent of the persons concerned and will only be used for the legitimate objectives defined with them.
3 - Retention period and user rightsTo ensure the proper functioning of the Izit Manager application and allow users to connect to their account, we keep user data for the entire duration of use of the application.Our employees and subcontractors can only have access to user data to the extent necessary to ensure the execution of the objectives pursued and defined in point 1.Users have the right at any time to verify, access, rectify, delete, transfer, and object to the use of their data by contacting us at dp@menuchic.com. We will then make every effort to satisfy your request.
4 - CookiesWe also collect cookies to ensure the security and continuity of our services, involving:
the date and time of connection of a user
the IP address of the device used to access the application
5 - Obligations and securityThe teams working for Izit undertake not to transmit data collected directly as a data controller or indirectly as a processor to third parties without the user having been informed and to respect the purposes for which this data was collected.The application has an SSL certificate to ensure that the information and data transfer passing through the application are secure.In addition, the data controller undertakes to notify the user in the event of rectification or deletion of data, unless this involves disproportionate formalities, costs, and procedures.In the event that the integrity, confidentiality, or security of the user's or its customer's data is compromised, the controller undertakes to inform the user by any means.
6 - Data HostingOur applications are hosted by Vicem (https://vicem.com/), 6 rue des Bateliers, 92110, Clichy, France. Customer data is stored on servers in France.
7 - Data SharingIzit Manager does not share collected data other than for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the solution.Data, such as IP address and type of devices used by our users, are collected and shared in an encrypted and anonymous manner with our error reporting software (Sentry).
8 - Policy regarding data of minorsThe Izit Manager application is not intended for minors and does not collect personal data except for that provided voluntarily by our users' customers. If a minor has provided data without consent, contact us at the following address so that we can delete it as soon as possible: dp@menuchic.com
9 - Acceptance and modification of this privacy policyBy using the Izit SaaS solution, the user certifies having read and understood this privacy policy and accepts its terms.This privacy policy may evolve to ensure its compliance with current law, and the user is invited to consult it regularly.
10 - Right to refer to the competent supervisory authorityIn the event of a dispute over data processing, we encourage our users to contact our teams to find a satisfactory solution.The user is entitled to refer to the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés, https://www.cnil.fr) or any competent judge.
